I grew up in a family that built things from scratch. My parents took a raw piece of Canadian Great Lakes shoreline and built a nine-cabin salmon fishing resort, a marina, and two charter boats through sheer will and hard work. Growing up in that environment, from resort chores as a child to captaining a charter boat as a teenager, shaped how I think about business and relationships to this day.

This upbringing instilled something that has carried through every chapter of my career since: that hard work compounds, that relationships are built over time, and that doing the work matters more than waiting for the right moment.

Over the past 20 years I have led business development across consulting and staffing services, data and AI, geospatial, and emerging technology like drones and nanomaterials, with clients across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. I co-founded a spatial finance data and analytics company and platform, built a go-to-market partnership with Google Cloud, and took it from zero to acquisition. Along the way I learned what it actually takes to run operations, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue in complex markets.

I founded Frontier22 to put these beliefs and two decades of experience to work for organizations that deserve a bigger stage, and to help them get there faster.
